Consultation Center: Clinical Staff


REV. THOMAS E. KONOPKA, L.C.S.W., is the Director and a therapist on the staff of the Consultation Center.  He is also Pastor of St. Mary's Church, Clinton Heights and Sacramental Minister for the parish of St. John the Evangelist and St. Joseph, Rensselaer.  He received his Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State licensed clinical social worker.



ZONNITA R. BANKS, L.C.S.W., is a therapist in private practice and at the Consultation Center.  She received her Masters degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State licensed clinical social worker.



CYNTHIA A. BOBSEINE, Ph.D., is a psychologist in private practice and at the Consultation Center.  She received her Doctorate in Educational Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State licensed psychologist.



PAT A. BRADWAY, Psy.D., is a psychologist in private practice at the Consultation Center and the Associate Director of the Center for Counseling and Student Development at Siena College.  She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School and is a New York State licensed psychologist.



NEIL J. CERVERA, L.C.S.W., Ph.D., is a faculty member emeritus in the School of Social Welfare at the State University of New York at Albany and at the Albany Medical College, Department of Psychiatry.  He is also a therapist in private practice and at the Consultation Center, and a consultant to Trinity Institution.  He received his Doctorate from the School of Social Work at New York University and is a licensed clinical social worker.



REV. ANTHONY J. CHIARAMONTE, Ph.D., is the former director and a therapist at the Consultation Center.  He is also a lecturer, workshop leader and consultant in a variety of areas, and professor at St. Bernard's Institute, Albany.  He received his doctorate in counseling psychology from Boston College.

 

ANTHONY G. CORTESE, L.C.S.W., is CEO/President of St. Anne Institute in Albany and a therapist at the Consultation Center.  He received his Masters degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State licensed clinical social worker.

 

JOHN H. COURTNEY, L.C.S.W., D.C.S.W., is a social worker in private practice and at the Consultation Center.  He received his Masters degree in Social Work at Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City and is a licensed clinical social worker.  He also received an S.T.M. in Pastoral Counseling from the New York Theological and Post Graduate Center for Mental Health in New York City and is a student of Psychodrama.


PETER A. DALLAS, Ph.D., is a clinician in private practice and at the Consultation Center.  He holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany, and is a licensed New York State psychologist.


EMILY McCARTY, L.M.H.C. , is a therapist at the Consultation Center and a Family Services Coordinator for Albany Medical Center.  She is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counsenor.

 

GAYLE L. MORSE, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Psychology at the Sage Colleges and a clinician at the Consultation Center.  She holds a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany, has a post-doctorate in psycho-pharmacology, and is a New York State licensed psychologist.

 

LINDA McGLYNN, LC.S.W., Ph.D., is a therapist in private practice and at the Consultation Center.  She received her Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany, and is a New York State licensed clinical social worker.

JILL ANN PETTINGER, Psy.D., is Chief Psychologist for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and a therapist at the Consultation Center.  She received her doctorate in psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York.  She is a New York State licensed psychologist.

 

GINNA M. ROEDING, Ph.D., is a therapist at the Consultation Center.  She received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State licensed psychologist.

JEANETTE SHARP, Ph.D., is a staff psychologist at Albany Medical Center Hospital, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Albany Medical College, and a therapist at the Consultation Center.  She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the State University of New York at Albany.  She is a New York State licensed psychologist.

 

DONALD S. SMITH, L.C.S.W., is a clinician at the Consultation Center. He received his Masters in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany’s School of Social Welfare and is a licensed clinical social worker.

TOSELAND, L.C.S.W., Ph.D., is Director and Distinguished Professor, School of Social Welfare, University at Albany, State University of New York.  He received his doctorate in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is a New York State licensed clinical social worker.

 

SUSAN WHEELER WEEKS, Ed.D., L.M.H.C., has been Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, the Sage Colleges, Troy, and  is a counselor at the Consultation Center.  She received her Doctorate in Counseling from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State licensed Mental Health Counselor.




Estella C. Williamson, L.C.S.W., is Assistant Dean and Director of Field Education at the State University of New York at Albany and a therapist in private practice and at the Consultation Center   She received her Master’s in Social work from the State University of New York at Albany and is a New York State licensed clinical social worker.



MAGGIE WILLIS, L.C.S.W., is a therapist at the Consultation Center.  She received her Masters in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany, and is a New York State licensed clinical social worker.
