Office of Ministry Formation: Community Groups

Since Formation for Ministry is a group centered program, community formation and ongoing growth is core to the experience. Community faith sharing is an integral part of each meeting.  Small groups are formed at the opening retreat and function throughout the two years.  FMP uses Baranowski’s Model of community building and scripture sharing.  A member of the FMP staff facilitates the process.  Respect and  confidentially are the hallmarks of faith sharing.
