Office of Ministry Formation: Finances

The Bishop’s Appeal supports the administrative costs of the Kateri Institute for Lay Ministry Formation.

The operating expenses are supported by the annual tuition and fees which are generally shared between the participant and his/her sponsoring parish or diocesan agency. In general, parishes contribute $200 towards tuition and fees with participants being responsible for the remaining balance. Payments by both participants and parishes fees can be made on a monthly basis or other pre-arranged plan.

Some scholarship assistance may be available for those pursuing the Leadership for Ministry Certificate option.
