Office of Ministry Formation: Relationship to Parish/Sponsoring Agency  

Formation for Ministry is offered as a response to the Church at Albany’s need for the formation of laity for ministry within their parish communities.  You are encouraged, then, to keep regular contact with the leadership, ordained and lay, to share your FOP journey and the insight you gain in the process.  So that you might take full advantage  of the opportunities of the program, you are encouraged to limit your involvement in parish and cluster. The regular communication with leadership will assist you and the local community in determining what your role will be after completion of Formation for Ministry.
