Baptism Please call for an appointment to attend a Pre-Baptism Session   Sacrament of Reconciliation  Saturday 4:00 p.m. and by appointment   Marriage Preparation Contact the Parish Center 6 months prior to marriage date. First Communion Preparation Preparation for First Communion is a family centered process at Our Lady of Mercy  It includes a series of instructional sessions for the children; two  parent preparation meetings; and a half-day retreat experience for the children with parents as leaders! In addition we celebrate six rituals during the Sunday Masses over the course of six months that gradually introduce the children to the Mass. These include: The Rite of Welcome, The Rite of The Word, The Rite of Offertory, The Rite of Peace-Making, The Rite of Bread-Sharing and after First Eucharist has been celebrated, The Rite of Sending Forth. Our goal is to prepare both the children and their families not only for First Communion but also for the eight-hundredth communion!  Come and See.
