Prayer Line

Approximately thirty-five members strong, the Prayer Line has been in service for well over ten years. While the majority of calls concern prayers for cancer patients, the committee provides prayer service for all surgeries, illnesses, and any special intentions. Requests are accepted via email, telephone, or contact with any Line member.  Once requested, most prayers continue for two-week intervals but may be reinstated with a new request. Prayers for individuals dealing with cancer continue until the committee receives further notification.  While discretion is mandatory, the committee asks that both a first and last name be provided when requesting the service as they often receive notification from several sources concerning the same individual.
