Guidelines
-
When
picking up their children from Faith
Formation classes, parents must first stop
at the main entrance desk of the school and
sign them out. Doors of the school will be
locked during classes. Parents picking up
their children early must sign them out and
stop in the office before taking them from
the classroom..

Please
make sure that the faith Formation Office
has current phone numbers, addresses and
emergency numbers for your family.

No child
will be dismissed into the parking lot
without first being signed out and
accompanied by a parent, older sibling or
designated adult.

It is
emphatically stressed that each child
enrolled in Faith Formation classes attend
weekly mass with his/her family. Children
cannot fully experience their faith if they
are not participating in the mass.

Disruptive, disrespectful or unsafe behavior
or destruction of property will not be
tolerated. Students will be removed from
class, and a parent will be called. A letter
of apology must be presented to the
catechist by the student at the next class.
If more than one incident occurs or another
person has been physically injured, the
student will be asked to leave the program.

If a
child is sick or injured in class, a parent
will be called to pick him/her up.
