Saint
Catherine of Siena School is the parish school for grades K - 8. Our goal
is to provide our children with an excellent academic program while working
with parents to foster their children's religious, intellectual, emotional,
social and physical growth in an atmosphere of Christian values, love
and respect. Our classroom teachers are certified and most hold a Master's
Degree. Art, Music, Physical Education, Library Skills, Computer and Spanish
are taught at all grade levels. Tuition is cost-based with accommodations
for families' individual needs.
There is also a Pre-School Program for 3 and 4 year olds, as well as
an Extended Day Program for grades K - 5.
School Board
The School Board is an advisory body that develops and defines the policies
which govern the operation of the Saint Catherine of Siena School's educational
program and provides counsel and advice pertaining to the implementation
of such policies. The School Board meets regularly during the school year.
Parent Teacher Organization
The PTO provided an important communication and service link between
the school and school families. Through its efforts, an extensive volunteer
program is run which benefits the children and aids the faculty. The PTO
provides funds for school related events and to purchase items to enhance
the school program. General meetings are held several times a year, and
membership is open to parents and teachers of Saint Catherine of Siena
School.
School Endowment Fund
A School Endowment Fund has been established to provide permanent financial
security for the school and to minimize the impact of rising expenses
on parents and parish. Contributions may be made at any time, for any
amount.
