Community Building Special Events Volunteers plan various social events throughout the year.  Parish dinners and receptions provide an opportunity to meet new folks and renew old friendships. Pyramid Lake The Diocese of Albany has a beautiful camp on a private lake in the Adirondacks available for parish use.  A committee organizes a "Parish Weekend" each year. Sunshine Outreach Members maintain contact with homebound parishioners with cards and personal gifts. Youth Core Group The Youth Core Group is the group responsible for planning and facilitating activities and events for the Youth of our Parish.  It consists of a combination of youth, grade 6 and up, and any parents or adult parishioners who wish to share ideas and put them into action.  The Youth Core Group meets approximately once a month on Sundays after the 10:30 AM liturgy.  Meetings last for about 1 hour.   We welcome your participation and you ideas.     You do not need to be a member of the Youth Core Group to participate in the activities that it sponsors.  Watch for announcements about opportunities to volunteer or participate on the Youth Ministry Bulletin Board or in the Sunday bulletin.  For additional information or the date of our next meeting, please contact Mary Anne Cureau at smcff@nycap.rr.com or 371-9521.
