Spousal Support Group - Come together monthly with others who understand the many feelings and fears associated with the loss of a spouse or significant other. Sharing your thoughts or just listening in a supportive, confidential group setting can provide comfort as you mourn and heal. No matter your stage in grief, we learn from and support each other. Meets at the Parish of Mater Christi, 40 Hopewell St., Parish Center Room A, Albany at 6 pm on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
