Visit (JH, HS, ADULT)
This translation of Luke 1:39-56 tells of Mary's visit to her cousin Elizabeth and culminates with her famous Song of Praise (sometimes known as "The Magnificat"). The ABS video Scripture series has been recognized internationally for its scholarly, imaginative, and contemporary approach to translating the Holy Scriptures in a remarkable new way. Women of the Calabash combine to provide young people with a new translation of this important Scripture text. Women of the Calabash is a New York-based performance group which draws upon many different musical, dance and theatrical traditions to provide unique and exhilarating experiences for their audiences. They have performed internationally at festivals, and on radio and television.

We Learn From Mary: The Cloak of Many Colors (Emementary Grades 1-5)
Mary helps us learn about God's love for us. We honor Mary and the way she lived. Through the delightful image of her Cloak of Many Colors, we are introduced to Mary as a girl, woman, mother, disciple, and companion who hears and brings God's word to others. As her life unfolds, we are invited to place our own thanks, joy, sadness, trust, worries, and faith on her cloak as she once did in her own life. With Mary and her cloak, we warm our hearts and the earth together. This is a video that brings alive the life and meaning of Mary for younger students.

This video tells the true story of how the Blessed Mother chose a hero, Juan Diego, for a key role in a beautiful miracle that would unite diverse peoples and change the course of history.

The Immaculate Conception: Exploring the Mystery (ADULT)
Here is an exploration of the doctrine put forward by Pope Pius IX in 1854 and how God broke through history to complete the first work of goodness by a mystery yet more wondrously sublime, the Immaculate Conception.

Life of Christ: The Sorrowful Mysteries (HS, ADULT)

Visions of Mary (ADULT)
From The History Channel, this video includes beautiful artwork and Biblical and Marian experts discussing the various apparitions of Mary, such as Guadalupe, the Immaculate Heart, LaSalette and more. Defines what a vision is, who a visionary is, and addresses skeptics' arguments.

Mysteries of the Rosary, Mysteries of Life (Joyful) (ADULT)
One of three videos. "Journey to Joy" Surrounded by college students on the serene, grassy campus of the U of Notre Dame, Chandra Johnson feels a sense of joy and fulfillment in her work as campus minister. But the journey to get here wasn't an easy one. Along the way, Chandra felt discouraged and unsure of life's path. Despite struggles, she stepped out in faith, said yes to God, and found herself on a journey of the Joyful Mysteries. This compelling video intertwines Chandra's inspirational story with the praying of a complete Rosary. Five different groups recite the decades of the Joyful Mysteries in outdoor scenes, in church settings and family living rooms, allowing the viewers to pray along with them.

Mysteries of the Rosary, Mysteries of Life (Sorrowful) (ADULT)
"Grieving to Grace" In the charming seaside community of Santa Moncia, CA, attorney Jim Bambrick might seem to have it all. But two heartbreaking tragedies have shattered Jim's lifelong dreams and forged a very different path for him to walk: the path of the Sorrowful Mysteries. In this unique video, story and prayer are intertwined. Jim's profile is integrated with the praying of a complete rosary. This documentary consists of three 15-minute programs that examine and interpret great religious art masterpieces that deal with Jesus. The three themes covered are: The Birth of Christ, The Madonna and Child, and Faces of Christ.

Mary of Nazareth from Icon to Woman (ADULT)
This video explores Mary's life and story as presented in each of the four Gospels, examining questions such as: Did Mary really understand who Jesus was? Did Mary and Joseph have other children besides Jesus? Did Mary actually see Jesus carry his cross and watch him die? What happened to Mary after the Crucifixion? Where did Mary die? How old was she? The video calls on world-renowned biblical and theological scholars from Jerusalem, Palestine and the United States to weave a compelling portrait of Mary as a living person--a disciple with whom we identify as well as a mother we revere. The story of the apparitions of the Virgin of Guadalupe to Juan Diego in 1531, and his struggle to convince the Church to build a sanctuary in her honor, is beautifully brought to life in animated form. Children, as well as adults, will enjoy this touching drama of Mexican Catholic heritage.

The parish church was the place where the Apparition of LaSalette was announced for the first time.
