Taste of Italy: We travel to Rome for this installment of “Meatless Meals.” Our chefs today are three members of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, currently working or studying at the Pontifical North American College in Rome. Fr Anthony Ligato is the Assistant Vice Rector, Fr Matt Duclos is taking part in a two-year program on Safeguarding, using his training in his work with the Diocese’s Safe Environment Office, and Alex Turpin is one of our seminarians.
