Project Coordinator – Hudson Valley Vicariate – West

The Hudson Valley Vicariate – West Parish Network is hiring a Parish Network Project Coordinator tp be responsible for the coordination and success of key projects or programs the network seeks to accomplish. This position, as directed by the Parish Network Business and Operations Manager or Pastor, coordinates projects in line with network goals, construct detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate the results with parish leadership. Key responsibilities include coordination and oversight of all facilities and general project management.

Licensed Psychologist/LCSW - Consultation Center

The Consultation Center is an outpatient, not-for-profit mental health practice run by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany. Therapists at the Consultation Center provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to members of the local Capital District community. Therapy services are non-denominational. Most of the clinical work is conducted in-person, but remote therapy is also possible depending on the needs of the client and the Center. We are seeking highly competent licensed psychologists and clinical social workers to join our team of 14 therapists.

Music Director - Catholic Community of Northern Columbia County St. John the Baptist-St. James-Church of St. Joseph

The Music Director supervises the tri-parish music activities and the music ministers. The Music Director acts to lead choir and performs music for church liturgies. The Music Director acts to assure that other music leaders are available for church liturgies when the Music Director does not cover them. Work is performed under the administrative supervision of the Pastor or Parish Manager. Supervision is exercised over music leaders and music volunteers.

St. Mary St. Alphonsus Regional Catholic School Pre- K Teacher’s Aide

The Pre-K teacher’s aid is under the supervision of the Pre-K teacher. This position performs a variety of technical and clerical tasks in assisting a teacher. This role may perform a wide range of tasks in order to support the efforts of the teacher, meet the needs of all students, and ensure the provision of quality instruction for all students. The teacher’s aide provides one-on-one assistance with academics and behavioral problems and may lead small group activities. Employee assists lead teacher with general housekeeping and clerical duties.

St. Mary St. Alphonsus Regional Catholic School Pre- K Teacher

SMSA regional Catholic School is looking for a qualified pre-kindergarten teacher who is passionate about working with small children. This candidate will focus on school readiness and early learning foundations in basic subjects such as pre-reading readiness and early math experiences are practiced daily. The ideal candidate is patient and empathetic while working with students and enjoy the unpredictable nature of young children. Pre-K focuses on school readiness.

Principal - St. Mary's Regional Catholic School (SMSA)

The school principal is the administrator, faith and instructional leader of the local school, and serves as the executive officer of the local governance council of the Catholic school. In addition, the principal oversees the successful overall operation of the school in collaboration with the local pastor and/or superintendent of schools. Inspired by Christ the Teacher, the schools of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany provide a transformative learning experience in an evangelizing community.

Full-Time Director of Music - St. Jude the Apostle, Wynantskill

St. Jude the Apostle, Wynantskill is seeking a Full-Time Director of Music for the parish. Responsibilities include planning of music and direction of the choir and contemporary music ensemble. The Director of Music will be responsible for the planning of music throughout the liturgical year.

Groundskeeper - Albany Diocesan Cemeteries

Albany Diocesan Cemeteries seeks a full time Groundskeeper to perform cemetery field operations, including, but not limited to: layout of graves, markers, and foundations; operation of backhoe, trucks, tractors, and small equipment safely and efficiently; routine maintenance of cemetery equipment; digging and backfilling graves, preparing for graveside or mausoleum committal services, leading in funeral processions, performing burials or entombments; installing markers and constructing foundations; and general clean ups, leaf removal, and snow clearing in Albany Diocesan Cemeteries. High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license.
