The office of Human Resources provides services in all areas of labor and employment compliance, employee relations, and personnel management for the employees of parishes and of the Pastoral Center, and leaders of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany. Our mission is to support the reasonable use of diocesan and parish resources, by promoting excellence in job performance through the just and fair treatment of employees.
