Young Adult Day Retreat
You are invited to join young adults from across the diocese for a day long retreat.
When: Sunday, June 26
Gather at 9:30 AM
Retreat starts at 10 AM; Outdoor Mass with Bishop Scharfenberger at 4 PM
Retreat concludes after mass at 5 PM
Where: Joshua House

What: In collaboration with Deacon Gary Riggi, The Diocese of Albany will be holding a Young Adult Retreat day which will include presentations, personal reflection, prayer, social time, Sacrament of Reconciliation, and Mass with Bishop Scharfenberger.
Lunch, drinks, and snacks will be provided.
A free will offering / donation for the Joshua House is requested.

Real Talk Rosary

Real Talk Rosary (RTR) is a event initiated by and for young adults to create an opportunity to connect at a deeper level and share in prayerful love for Mary through the Rosary.
We are all on a journey – personally, professionally, and spiritually. RTR will offer young adults a venue to share and accompany each other as we build trust, community, and more meaningful friendships.
RTR will include fun / social time, prayer time, and offer presentations that will help guide us on our way.

Good News & Cold Brews

Good News & Cold Brews is a young adult social gathering and presentation on an interesting and relevant topic to help us on our faith journey. It’s a great opportunity to bring a friend, make new friends, or catch-up with old friends. The evening starts with social time that includes free food and drinks. After the presentation, there is time for question and answer and concludes with additional socializing.

Holy Hour & Happy Hour

Slow down and take a little quiet time to be with Christ in Adoration with other young adults. Contemporary worship music and the Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered. Afterwards, food and drinks are provided while you visit with old friends and make new friends at Happy Hour.

Coffee House Gatherings

Come and relax with a cup of something hot or iced, bring a friend, make new ones and enjoy some food and drink.
These gatherings are free and open to all young adults. We provide an assortment of desserts and one beverage. Your only cost will be for any beverage you may decide to purchase beyond your first free drink. We’ll have time to get to know one another, do some ice breakers and just relax and build friendships. No pressure, no cost, no worries!
