Parish Business & Operations Manager

In collaboration and under the supervision of the Pastor, the Parish Business and Operations Manager (Manager) serves as a staff resource in the support of the Pastor, fulfilling parish needs in office operations, human resources, finance, facilities, and parishioner interactions. The Manager must be able to work collaboratively with the Pastor and other leaders in the parish and school in regularly fulfilling the mission of the parish, especially in implementing processes and procedures that improve efficiency and accomplish tasks.

General Maintenance Worker

This position is for a full time, 40 hours per week, all-around maintenance person to work as a member of the Building Services team for the Pastoral Center at 40 North Main Avenue. This position must be able to perform maintenance and repairs at various properties, with a high level of independence and minimal supervision.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant

This position provides administrative support for the offices of Human Resources and Safe Environment. In addition to the skills necessary to provide administrative and clerical support to a number of program areas, success in this position is dependent on the ability to communicate with tact, and to work and interact effectively with co-workers and the public. Works under the direction of the Human Resources and Safe Environment Specialist.

Pastoral Care Associate - Corpus Christi Church

The Pastoral Care Associate is a part-time position (10 hours/week) that will coordinate efforts to support, contact, reach out to, and comfort members of the parish community, with a focus on the homebound, sick, elderly, frail and dying members of the parish. This is done either through phone calls, visits, or Eucharistic services. Additional support for our parish community is provided by working with community agencies such as CAPTAIN and Saratoga County Department of Social Services and Office of the Aging.

Music Director - Parish of Mater Christi

The Music Director supervises the parish music activities and the music ministers. The Music Director assures that other music leaders are available for church liturgies when the Music Director does not cover them. Work is performed under the administrative supervision of the Pastor or Parish Manager. Supervision is exercised over music leaders and music volunteers.
