Bishop Edward B. Scharfenberger has announced the following Pastoral Appointment:
Father Richard Donovan, OFM, has been appointed Pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Troy,
effective November 1.
Additional Position Notification:
In addition to his pastoral assignment as Parochial Vicar of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Parish, Father John Tallman has taken a position in the Pastoral Care Department at St. Peter’s Health Care Partners, Albany.
