The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings on the campus and addressing major repair needs. Maintenance of the buildings includes performing regularly scheduled preventative work on the buildings and systems. The Facilities Manager would make light repairs that could involve painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. Contractors would be retained for repairs/issues that involve specialized knowledge and skills.
